1. Application for admission should be made in the prescribed
from within ten days after publication of the result. Application
form and prospectus can be had from the college office on
payment of Rs. 30/-.
2.
Applicants who are provisionally selected for admission shall
be enrolled only when they produce all the certificates mentioned
in the prospectus and pay the first installment of fee. Principal
reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without
assigning reason thereof.
3.
Any candidate who is found to have secured admission by false
representation will forthwith be sent away and shall forfeit
the fee paid
1. Tuition fee will be paid in eight equal installments spread
over 8 months.
2.
Special fees, caution deposit etc. should be paid in lump
sum at the time of admission together with the first installment
of tuition fees.
3.
Tuition fee is payable on the due date as prescribed and notified
in this page.
4.
If any student fails to pay fees on the due date, he/she shall
be liable to pay a fine of Rs. 5/- along with the fees on
or before the 10th day after the due date prescribed. If the
10th happens to be a holiday then next working day will be
counted as the 10th day.

If the fee with fine of Rs. 5/-. is not paid on or before
the 10th day after the 7th consecutive working day of the
month an additional fine of Rs. 5/- (Rupees five only) will
have to be paid. If the fee and fines are not paid within
15 days from the date, the name of the student will be removed
from the rolls of the College. If he/she is re-admitted, he/she
has to apply for the special permission of the Principal and
also has to remit a re-admission fee of Rs. 2/- (Rupees two
only) in addition to the arrears of fee with fine.

Caution deposit collected from the student will be refunded
after deducting dues, if any, on the completion of the course
or when the student leaves the institution, whichever is earlier,
on production of the receipts.
7.
Full Fee concession is granted to students belonging to the
scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and other eligible communities.
Those who belong to other backward communities are also eligible
for fee concession if they produce the necessary income, nativity
and community certificates at the time of admission. Students
belonging to forward community are eligible for fee concession
subject to the income limit prescribed by the Government.
8.
Students joining Degree courses from other Universities shall
pay the matriculation fee, also at the time of admission,
and apply for recognition of the qualifying examination.
1. Application for Transfer Certificate should be made in
the prescribed form at least two days in advance.
2.
Conduct certificate will ordinarily be issued only along with
the transfer certificate, when the student has completed the
course.
3.
A late fee of Rs. 15/- will be collected from those who apply
for T.C. after one year of his/her leaving the college. The
date of leaving the college will ordinarily be the last day
of his attending the college.
4.
An additional fine of Rs. 30/- will have top be paid for the
issue of duplicate T.C.

DRESS BEHAVIOUR AND GENERAL DISCIPLINE |
1. Students are expected to be cleanly and suitably dressed
in the class as well as at any gathering with in the college
premises; women students should particularly observe strict
modesty in dress.
2.
Students shall always behave with dignity and courtesy.
3.
When a teacher enters the classroom, the student shall rise
up and remain standing until the teacher takes his seat or
asks them to be seated.
4.
As discipline is highly essential to the smooth working of
the college, each and every student shall maintain it at any
cost.
5.
Loitering through the corridors, hooting in the classroom
and such other undesirable activities, which disturb the calm
atmosphere of the college, are strictly forbidden.
6.
Absolute obedience is expected from every student. If any
one tries to defy the authority of the Principal or any teacher,
he or she shall be punished.
7.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the college campus.
8.
If any student violates the rules and regulations indicated
above the Principal has absolute authority to expel him/her
from the college.
9.
No meeting or entertainment shall be organized or any fund
collected in the College Hostels without the permission of
the Principal.
10.
No student shall disfigure the walls or windows or furniture
by writing on them. If any one damages or destroys the college
property he/she will have to pay the cost of repair.
11.
Men students who have no class to attend at any particular
hour are expected to be in the library and lady students in
the lady’s room.
12.
Lady students should not remain in classrooms when there is
not class. They shall come to the class from the lady’s
rooms, only when the bell rings.
1. No student shall be absent from the class without leave.
2.
If a student absents from the class without leave for more
that 10 days, his/her name shall be removed from the rolls.
He or she may however be re-admitted after giving sufficient
reason.
3.
No student will be sent for the University Examination if
he/she has shortage of attendance.
1. The College library will be open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30
p.m.
2. All
students of the college are members of the Library.
3. Application
for books shall be submitted in the Library before 10. a.m.
4. No
member shall take more than one book at a time.
5. Books
shall be issued from 1. p.m. to 2. p.m.
6. No
member shall keep a book for more than a fortnight. A book
may be re-issued to the same student if there is no other
application for it.
7. Books
shall be returned before 10 a.m.
8. Absence
from the college will not be a valid reason for delay in returning
books.
9. A fine
of Re. 1 per day will be levied if a book is kept beyond a
fortnight.
